בִּידָּאm., בִּידּוּ f. (בְּדִי I; cmp. בִּדִּין) fiction, false report, information. Y.Sot.IX, 23c bot.; Y.Yeb.XVI, 15c ואתצידו כולהון מן ב׳ and they were all taken prisoners owing to the information against them.
